3 WEEKS 2 HIRED: SCHOLARSHIP MODEL WITH AN ROI

The needs of the industry, labor pools such as MHA members, and TrainND in Williston offer a new, unique model to fund education and training scholarships while recruiting immediate workforce needs.

TrainND can take a student through job-specific and basic industry safety courses in three weeks or less at a cost of approximately $5,000 per candidate. The center has industry-tailored programs for trucking, pumping, well service, crane, and a number of other programs, all of which have curriculums built with industry partners and utilize industry equipment or advanced simulators. TrainND can turn a scholarship recipient or potential employee into a worker in a short timeline, earning income for the employee and revenue for the company.

3 Weeks 2 Hired, matches the needs and opportunities of the Bakken to provide a scholarship program that blends charitable and recruitment goals, providing measurable benefits to the scholarship’s partners.

    SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

PRIORITY GIVEN TO MEMBERS OF THE MHA NATION, OTHER TRIBAL NATIONS, AND MILITARY VETERANS

All scholarship recipients must be sponsored by a partner of the program. Candidates must be committed to a particular training program within the 3 Weeks 2 Hired program and sponsorship may require a candidate to undergo pre-employment qualifications such as minimum education requirements, drug testing, background checks, interviews, and other onboarding processes.

Scholarships will be chosen on a monthly first-come-first-served basis and recipients will be responsible for a small portion of the training costs to show their commitment to the program.
